Lobster Holding Facility

Our Holding facility is the largest in Newfoundland, using a new innovative system, we have the capacity to store up to 150,000 kg of live lobster. The system utilizes the continuous flow of seawater from a depth of 50 m under the cold Atlantic Ocean to ensure optimal water temperature and quality. Water temperature averages between 0 – 4°C. 

Our system allows each lobster to be separated from others, reducing stress and the chance of possible damage caused by other lobsters. With these conditions, our lobsters are strong and healthy, ready to travel the world to our buyers.

Mussel Processing Facility

The newly constructed 1,200 sqm, state-of-the-art processing facility is equipped to handle up to 5,000 kg of fresh mussels per hour. Both fresh and frozen products are available, with orders of any size and quantity tailored to meet the specific requirements of buyers.
